Orchestra
Life is like an orchestra... everyone has His place in it... with His score...
...imagine an orchestra where each musician wants to make himself heard... it is the cacophony...
...imagine an orchestra where each musician waits passively for the conductor to play His score...
...imagine an orchestra where each musician is in His world... absent with the others...
...imagine an orchestra where each one plays His music and let himself be led by the magic wand of the conductor...

Rhythm
Have you noticed that a good rhythm when we walk, tones up, dynamizes...while when we shuffle about, when we stop and start again, we can feel exhausted...?...
Rhythm is important in all the gestures, it accompanies the fluidity, the movement being continued, energy develops and enlarges... to keep the tempo, one needs the presence and this presence strengthens the movement, gives it its magnitude...
In the practice too, the rhythm is fundamental, it supports, maintains... that it is slow or quick, the presence is really there... sluggishness, sleepiness have no place...
The rhythm is not rashness, it does not prevent from « to hasten slowly », it has its silences, its rests, its crotchet rests, its quater-note rests... which avoid the stress of something to reach... each instant is complete in itself...
Breathing itself is with a rhythm : it has four times : Breathing in-rest-Breathing out-rest and each one of these times develops according the movement... according the moment... It is the heart which beats time...
And when it is time to play our score with the others... the respect, the follow-up of his score by everyone, create with the whole, an alchemy of the unique...

« - Do not follow my words, my friend… Listen to the music of the words…
Silence enters the words… There is a rhythm !…
This is him which carries the Force of the Life… Do you understand ?… »

Pretentiousness
In the orchestra of the life, each one plays his score... to play his personal game it is to forget to follow the conductor, the heart... it is to forget the body itself of the orchestra, the orchestral ensemble... it is to be in the noisiness of the cacophony, or by absence, to be in a false silence equally noisy... the soloist himself plays at a precise time dictated by his score... everyone has a very precise place in this musical fabric... he is nothing without the others... learning the score does not make the creator of it... and if the conductor has an exclusive link with everyone, he has this same link with all... the soloist has no more importance than another... and if one of the ensemble does not fulfill his job, it is the entire ensemble which is affected...
« The pretentiousness of the human, your pretentiousness, this is to believe to be always separated from the rest. You believe you are a being who has his particular consciousness, who has his particular will, and who can, as he wants, to love or not to love, to take or to reject, to decide or to suffer. This is your pretentiousness of human. But when you are in this pretentiousness, you are already in the world of noisyness, you are already in the world of non Silence because when you are in the Silence, you realize that you do not have this own individuality, you do not have this own will, that there is not this own decision because quite simply there is no decision, there is no will.
.....
This is the pretentiousness of the man to believe that what he has obtained through practices, through a form of lucidity, of work, is something he owns and that he can do what he wants of it and that he can organize his life as he wants from there.
It is true that he can organize his life from there but He is not the owner of this improvement of his lucidity, of his action. That will be consolidated and validated only if he loves men.
Ultimately, this is this love of men who is the owner of the powers which have developed at the men and in the men by all the practices.
It is the love of men. It is a Force, it is a Presence. It is the love of men, it is the love of the creation of the White Lady, the love of her children who is the real owner of powers, which have developed through all the practices that I have developed and created.
If this love is not there, everything that we believe to have won, will evaporated like mist in the sun. »

Indispensability
In an orchestra, each musician is indispensable... none of them has the idea to keep his sound...
In a flight of birds, each bird is indispensable... none of them has the idea to fold its wings...
In a bunch, each flower is indispensable... none of them has the idea to retain its perfume...
...simply what is natural, what is indispensable...
« Indispensability is something essential because only what is indispensable is beautiful. If you see an object created in indispensability, you realize that one has forever sought an aestheticism, one has not sought to make pretty: all is perfectly indispensable. It has this beauty and the force of indispensability. It is much more beautiful than the necessity. And it is much more beautiful than all the discussions than you can have estimating what you can bring there or elsewhere, to improve this or that. If you have the perception of the indispensability, you realize, at this time, that you become very discrete in the event, you become very discrete in what is occurring. You look at where is the indispensable action. And if there is no indispensability you do not act. It is not worthwhile. It is to waste your time. It is to make noise for nothing. It is to move things for nothing. It is the indispensability alone which is the life. Only indispensability installs an energy mechanism of movement, which is absolutely enormous. It is where one can perceive what wants to say « to move without anything to move ». When there is this indispensability, when one is this indispensability, there is this silence and only this silence likes. In this love the gesture, the action is always at the least to almost disturb nothing, to almost bother nothing. It is just a small thing. But starting from this small thing everything lights up, everything bursts. To move without anything to move: to move everything without anything to move. Indispensability is perhaps the most beautiful notion which can be perceived and understood by the reasoned brain. And if somebody wanted quite simply to pay attention to that: what is it indispensable to do, to act, to introduce, to say, to mobilize ? If he is in this attention, then he will very quickly become a lord of the Heaven ».

« - You see, my friend… At first you must know why the body has been created…
There is no chance in the Creation… Only a law of cause and effect…
And from it the necessity is born…
And even further, deeper the “indispensability” ».
