OK ! « it is very simple » an energy flow... it channels, it makes a trace... then a small river... then a river... it becomes bigger and the force of the flow becomes also bigger... and to follow the flow of separation : not any effort : just to let ourself be carried ! To enter the flow of Dignity... it is to go the river upstream... to develop our muscles while swimming... until the time we look upwards...

 

Like water-skiing : before going out of the water, there is all the pressure of the stream... then after the efforts, we let go staying in an extreme vigilance...
